AFRIECOM – Return and Refund Policy

At AFRIECOM, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to ensure every product meets your expectations. However, if you face any issue with your order, please carefully read our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange only if:
– The product was damaged upon delivery (photo or video proof required).
– The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong model, size, or color).
– The request is made within 48 hours after receiving your order.
– The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:
– Change of mind after delivery.
– The product has been used, washed, or damaged, or the packaging is open/altered.
Hygiene or cosmetic items that have been opened or used.
– Personalized or custom-made products.
– Requests made after 48 hours of receiving the order.


3. Required Proof

To process a return or exchange, the customer must provide:
– Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
– Customer name, order number, and delivery date.
– A short description explaining the problem.


4. Return Procedure

  1. Go to our Contact page and fill out the contact form with all required details (photos/videos + explanation).

  2. Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

  4. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except when the error is on our side.

  5. After inspection of the returned product, we will offer either:
    – A replacement, or
    – A store credit for the same value.

💡 Cash refunds are not issued unless explicitly approved by AFRIECOM management.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders paid on delivery:
– If you refuse to receive your order without a valid reason, AFRIECOM reserves the right to restrict your access to future COD purchases.
– Future orders may require advance payment via MTN Mobile Money Ghana or AirtelTigo Money Ghana only.


6. Exchanges

– Exchanges are possible only if the requested item (different size, color, etc.) is available in stock.
– If unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.


7. Policy Updates

– This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
– The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
– AFRIECOM reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met.
