By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.

AFRIECOM reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time.
It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.


2. Use of the Website

– You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this website.
– You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
– You must not transmit any malware, viruses, or code that could harm the site or its users.
– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially in case of fraud, abuse, or false orders.


3. Products and Availability

– We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, photos, and prices.
– However, minor variations in color, packaging, or presentation may occur depending on stock or manufacturer updates.
– AFRIECOM reserves the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time without prior notice.
– All prices are shown in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS).


4. Orders and Confirmation

– When you place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information (name, phone number, address, etc.).
– Orders are confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp message by our customer service team before shipping.
– AFRIECOM reserves the right to cancel an order if the information provided is incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious.
– Once confirmed, your order will be processed for delivery within the estimated time frame (usually 24–72 hours).


5. Payment Terms

– We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Mobile Money payment options.
– COD payments must be made in full to the delivery agent upon receipt of the package.
– For online pre-payments, only MTN Mobile Money Ghana and AirtelTigo Money Ghana are accepted.
– If a customer repeatedly refuses COD deliveries without reason, AFRIECOM may restrict or disable COD access for that customer.


6. Delivery

– Deliveries are available across Ghana through our local logistics partners.
– Same-day or next-day delivery is possible depending on your location and order confirmation time.
– Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated by our team.
– AFRIECOM is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or courier issues.


7. Returns and Exchanges

Our return and refund process is defined in detail in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must notify AFRIECOM within 48 hours after receiving their order if they wish to report an issue (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
We do not accept returns for used, opened, or personalized items.


8. Intellectual Property

– All content on this website, including logos, images, graphics, text, and layout, is the property of AFRIECOM Ghana or its partners.
– You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site without prior written authorization.
– Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

– We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.
